Local Shipping
Current dispatch lead time is 5-10 working days.
We currently ship across the UK, Scotland and Ireland, and our rates are as follows:
- 3-4 Day Courier from dispatch date – £5.95
Please note that all orders will dispatch within 10 days although we do aim to be within a few days of ordering. Handmade items may take slightly longer.
Returns
If you are unhappy with your product due to damage, we are happy to refund you the full cost of your order, excluding postage.
Please email us with a photo of the damage and send all returns back to us within 30 days of receipt.
Your refund will be processed within 7 days of your refund request.
When returning items we advise that you obtain proof of posting.
